This project aims to scale up the production of new environmentally friendly PVA and its composite film materials with degradable polymer materials such as PLA, PBAT, PPC, and biomass materials such as cellulose, straw, starch, and shell powder. It replaces non degradable polyolefin films on a large scale to solve the shortcomings of low production, high price, and comprehensive performance of existing degradable polymer materials, and quickly meet the rapidly increasing demand for degradable packaging plastics in China. The product meets the requirements of packaging, barrier, preservation, and anti-static, and is environmentally friendly. It is widely used in high barrier films for food packaging, anti-static films for electrical packaging, high alcoholysis films for high-end clothing, and films for water and soil conservation, among others.
